These terms apply to your use of the Kabab Erbil website and to orders, reservations and catering requests made through it. By using the site you agree to these terms.
Prices are shown in AED and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. An order is confirmed once payment is authorised and you receive an order number. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order (for example, if an item is unavailable), in which case you will be refunded.
Delivery is available within our published service zones. Estimated times are indicative and may vary with demand, weather and traffic. Please ensure your address and phone number are accurate.
Reservation requests are confirmed by our team by phone or message. We may hold a table for a limited grace period after the booked time.
For delivery and pickup orders, contact us as soon as possible to amend or cancel. Once preparation has begun, cancellation may not be possible. Refunds, where due, are issued to the original payment method.
Catering is quoted per event. A deposit may be required to confirm a booking, and cancellation terms will be set out in your quote.
Our dishes may contain or come into contact with allergens including gluten, dairy, sesame, nuts and egg. Please inform our team of any allergies before ordering.
