These seven dishes account for most of what leaves our charcoal grill each night: Erbil kebab, whole masgouf, the mixed grill, quzi, patcha, dolma and the Iraqi breakfast tray. All seven are available to order online for delivery across Dubai and Sharjah, cooked to order from the same kitchen that serves the dining room.
